Together upsizes LABS Securitisation to £1.2bn

Together Financial Services Limited ('Together' or 'the Group'), which aims to be the UK's finance partner of choice, announces that it has further upsized its revolving Lakeside securitisation programme ('LABS') to £1.2bn.
Highlights
· Facility increased to £1.2bn from £1.0bn
· Backed by existing lenders BNP Paribas, Lloyds Bank PLC and National Westminster Bank PLC
LABS, which primarily supports the Group's unregulated and regulated bridging lending, was first launched in 2015 as a £255m revolving securitisation facility. The facility has since increased on four occasions, latterly to £1.0bn in November 2024.

The increased facility provides additional capacity to support demand across our bridging products, while preserving the strong commercial terms and maturity profile of the programme."
Together has a diverse and mature funding structure encompassing thirteen public mortgage-backed securitisations, eight private securitisation facilities, secured notes and a revolving credit facility. This calendar year, Together has raised or refinanced over £2.1bn of facilities (including LABS) across five transactions.
The Group expects to announce its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2026 on 17 September 2026.
