We hereby give notice to you in accordance with Section 5(f) of the terms of
the Notes that all of the Notes will be redeemed by Lloyds Banking Group plc
on 12 November 2024 at their Early Redemption Amount together with interest
(if any) accrued to the date fixed for redemption.

 

This notification of redemption is given in accordance with the Conditions, as
modified by the provisions of the Permanent Global Note representing the
Notes.
