** Stock marks biggest intraday pct gain since September 19

** Mineral explorer enters into a tenement sale and purchase agreement with precious metals explorer Lode Resources LDR.AX  to acquire Webbs Consol Silver Project in New South Wale

** LDR rises 12.5% to A$0.23, their highest level since June 14, 2023

** LDR logs biggest intraday pct gain since September 16

** About 20.5 mln RCM shares traded, 1.1x 30-day average

** YTD, RCM stock up 33%, including current session's move
