Logistics Development Group plc, the AIM investing company, announces that its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and Notice of
Annual General Meeting are being published and posted to shareholders today.
The Annual General Meeting will take place at Fifth Floor, 1 Albermarle
Street, London, W1S 4HA on 18 June 2026 at 11:30am.
