Lonza agrees to buy five US sites from Merck KGaA Nov 3 (Reuters) - Swiss contract drug manufacturer Lonza LONN.S will buy five manufacturing sites in the United States from Merck KGaA MRCG.DE, the companies said on Tuesday.
Lonza added that the deal is valued in a range of low- to mid- triple digit million Swiss francs.
