** Shares of Swiss contract drug manufacturer LonzaLONN.S are up 4% in pre-market indications on Thursday after Q3 update
** Full year guidance for its main contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) was confirmed, expecting CER sales growth of 20-21% and a CORE EBITDA margin of 30-31%
** The company said it signed large contracts in Q3, including signing of a "significant long-term commercial supply agreement" for Vacaville, which it acquired last year
** Jefferies analysts say the Vacaville contract confirmation is the most material disclosure as some investors had been concerned with the lack of newsflow vs. competitors
** "Overall, given the strong business performance and the signing of a significant Vacaville contract, we expect the shares to outperform by 3-5% today," J.P.Morgan analysts write in a note
** Up to the previous session's close, shares were up 4.5% YTD.
