The S&P 500 index slipped on Tuesday after a three-day rally fueled by support
measures for the banking sector and a deal for Silicon Valley Bank assets.  .N 
    
    At 11:34 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.21% at
32,498.65. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.13% at 3,972.39 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.60% at 11,698.516.
