ALL TIMES GMT (Poland: GMT + 2 hours): VOTE OF CONFIDENCE Poland's pro-European coalition government won a vote of confidence on Wednesday, an outcome that Prime Minister Donald Tusk hopes will give his cabinet new momentum after it was shaken by a setback in the presidential election. BORDER Poland is likely to introduce partial controls on its border with Germany in the summer if the number of migrant crossings continues to grow, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk told lawmakers on Wednesday. LPP Poland's biggest fashion retailer LPP LPPP.WA on Thursday reported a 20% year-on-year rise in its first-quarter net profit, beating analysts' forecasts. Net profit came in at 334 million zlotys ($90.49 million), versus analyst forecasts of 246 million zlotys. BANK MILLENNIUM The CEO of Bank Millennium MILP.WA, the Polish arm of Portugal's Millennium bcp BCP.LS said that the bank will focus on implementing a strategy based on organic growth and increasing market share, Puls Biznesu daily reported. ORANGE POLSKA The CEO of Orange Polska OPL.WA, Polish arm of France's Orange ORAN.PA said that in the years 2025-2028 the company will invest around PLN 0.5 billion ($135.37 million) annually in the mobile network, increasing its quality, coverage and capacity, mainly in the 5G network, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
