WARSAW, Oct 18 - The following are news stories, press

MIGRATION
European Union leaders agreed on Thursday to use all their
leverage, including trade, development aid and visa policy, to
speed up returns of migrants illegally entering the bloc and
asked the European Commission to urgently draft a law.
ECONOMY
In 2025 the Polish economy may grow faster than assumed in
the budget, and the growth rate of GDP may exceed 4%, Finance
Minister Andrzej Domanski was quoted as saying by rp.pl portal.
MORTGAGES
The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has
decided that if a mortgage loan is repaid earlier, a consumer
can receive a refund of part of the commission paid, although
this may depend on the contract, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
COAL
There are no signs of possible improvement on the coking and
steam coal market, meaning that companies will have to decide on
restructuring plans sooner or later, Parkiet daily reported.
LPP LPPP.WA
Poland's largest fashion retailer, LPP, said on Thursday
that its deputy CEO, Przemyslaw Lutkiewicz, resigned due to
health reasons.
VIDEO GAMES
Sundog, a company whose co-founder and shareholder is Nobel
Prize winner in literature Olga Tokarczuk, has placed an issue
of shares and is already thinking about another one. The company
is working on its own title "Ibru", a game inspired by
Tokarczuk's work, Puls Biznesu daily reported.
