Board Change
LSL, a leading UK provider of residential property services, announces the appointment of Helen Buck as Executive Director, Estate Agency with effect from 2nd February 2017, subject to the approval of the Financial Conduct Authority.
Helen has been a Non-Executive Director of LSL since December 2011 and has excellent knowledge of the business. Helen will cease to serve as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committees from 2nd February 2017, when she will commence her new role. 
Helen was previously Chief Operating Officer at Palmer & Harvey. Prior to this she was part of the Sainsbury's Management team from 2005 to 2015, including 5 years as a member of the Operating Board. Helen has extensive expertise in strategy, marketing, commercial and operations. Before joining Sainsbury's, Helen held a number of senior positions at Marks & Spencer, Woolworths and Safeway and was a senior manager at McKinsey & Co.
