Change of Preliminary Results Date
The Company announces that its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will now be announced on 12 March 2015.
As previously announced, 2014 is set to be a record year for LSL and we expect to deliver double digit year on year growth in Group Underlying Operating Profit (1).
A briefing for analysts will be held at 1.00pm on 12 March 2015 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.
(1) Underlying Operating Profit is before exceptional gains and exceptional costs, contingent consideration, amortisation of intangible assets and share-based payments.
