Holdings in Zoopla Property Group PLC
Further to the announcement made on 16th September 2016, LSL Property Services plc ("LSL") announces that it has sold, in aggregate, a further 3,533,786 ordinary shares in Zoopla Property Group PLC ("Zoopla") at an average price of 3.17 between the period from 19th September 2016 to 31st October 2016. 
Following the disposal, LSL no longer holds any ordinary shares in Zoopla. 
The proceeds of the disposal will be used to reduce corporate indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 10.4.1.
