LSL Property Services plc (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and FCA for a total of 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. 
 
The application is being made in respect of shares that will be issued and allotted by the Company to the trustees of the LSL Property Services Plc Employee Benefit Trust (EBT). Admission is expected to become effective on 01 October 2020. 
 
The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
