Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility (PDMRs) or Connected Persons.

In accordance with DTR 3, LSL was notified on 24 January 2022 that Simon
Embley (Non-Executive Director of LSL) had exercised nil-cost options over
ordinary shares of 0.2p each in LSL.

The exercised options were received by Simon in 2012, pursuant to LSL's LTIP*
plan and were subject to performance conditions. The options are due to lapse
in April 2022, accordingly Simon has exercised his options prior to the expiry
of the exercise period, and he has acquired 58,333 shares.

Following this exercise, Simon's total shareholding in LSL is 6,835,624.
