In accordance with DTR3, LSL was notified on 13 November 2025 that the
following PDMR was granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 0.2p
in LSL pursuant to the save as you earn option scheme (SAYE), which is
an all-employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs.
