early morning trade
    ** China-based coffee chain announces withdrawal of request
for hearing on Nasdaq de-listing notice
    ** Says Nasdaq notified it that its shares would be
suspended at the open on Monday
    ** Co had received two de-listing notices from Nasdaq, the
second announced earlier this week, after it failed to produce
its annual report
    ** Says notified Nasdaq on Wednesday of its decision to
withdraw request for hearing and not to seek to reverse or stay
the exchange operator's decision to de-list the stock
