 * Entered into the subscription agreement with the investor 
 * Says net proceeds from the subscription is expected to be approximately  hk$660 million 
 * Real estate-pursuant to the agreement, investor agreed to subscribe 300 mln new shares at the subscription price of hk$2.20 per share
