** Peer Lyft's LYFT.O shares rise 4.1% to $14.67 premarket

** Uber expects Q2 gross bookings between $56.25 billion and $57.75 billion for the June quarter; analysts on an average estimated $56.07 billion, per data compiled by LSEG

** Sees Q2 adjusted EPS between 78 cents and 82 cents, vs. estimate of 79 cents

** Factors in a roughly 60 basis-point drag on bookings forecast from the Middle East conflict

** Up to last close, UBER has fallen 10.7% YTD
