** UBER and Lyft LYFT.O to test Baidu BIDU.O robotaxis in the UK next year

** LYFT plans to deploy in BIDU's autonomous vehicles in Germany and the UK under its platform

** LYFT shares marginally up at $19.59 in premarket trading

** Up to last close, UBER gained 31.5% YTD, while LYFT gained 50.5%
