** Shares of communication devices maker M-tron Industries MPTI.A rise 3.4% to $48

** Co says it has been awarded a $12 million production contract from a major supplier to Boeing BA.N and Airbus AIR.PA

** Contract is for over 45 different electronic components, including filters and oscillators, to be used in aircraft

** Contract will support the production of Boeing and Airbus aircraft until at least 2030

** Co will produce the components at facilities in the U.S. and India, with work continuing until mid-2028

** As of last close, stock up 5.3% YTD
