Co., Ltd. for 1.06 billion yen in total, effective June 29  
    * Says it will fully acquire EMTG Co., Ltd. through stock
swap
after acquisition, effective Sept. 28 
    * One share of EMTG Co., Ltd.'s stock will be exchanged with
1.648
shares of the company
    * 1.5 million shares of the company's stock will be
