Appointment of Avril Palmer-Baunack as Chairman

 

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Avril Palmer-Baunack as
Chairman with immediate effect. Avril brings a wealth of experience from
executive and non-executive leadership roles in the automotive, support
services, engineering and insurance services sectors.

 

Avril previously partnered with Marwyn to acquire BCA Marketplace plc in 2015,
going on to complete a number of bolt-on acquisitions, with the company
becoming a FTSE-250 constituent before being acquired by TDR Capital for
£1.9bn in 2019. Avril remained with the company under TDR's ownership,
becoming Executive Chairman of Constellation Automotive Group, including BCA,
We Buy Any Car, Cinch and Marshall Motor Group.

 

Avril will work with the Board to progress the Company's investment objectives
in seeking platform acquisition opportunities to ultimately deliver
shareholder value.

 

James Corsellis, Director of the Company and Marwyn's Chief Investment
