Completion of Acquisition
Total Voting Rights
Macfarlane is pleased to announce that following the admission of 21,212,121 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"), it has today formally completed the acquisition of the packaging business and selected assets of Greenwoods Stock Boxes Limited and 100 per cent of the issued share capital of Nottingham Recycling Limited.
This follows the announcements on 18 September 2017 in relation to the Acquisition and Placing.
Macfarlane also announces that its issued share capital as at today, after completion of the Acquisition, consists of 157,547,618 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is 157,547,618.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
