Notice of Annual General Meeting

Macfarlane Group PLC confirms its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held
at 12 noon on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow
Central, 36 Cambridge Street, Glasgow G2 3HN.

The Group's Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders on 11 April 2025 and is
