Australia's Mach7 Technologies rises on contract extension

** Shares of Mach7 Technologies  M7T.AX  up 8.5% at A$0.77,
set for best day since July 13 if gains hold
    ** Medical equipment co signs five-year contract extension
with the Hospital Authority of Hong Kong for support and
maintenance
    ** Mach7 says value of extension A$15.26 mln ($9.72 mln),
with a recurring revenue value of A$12.36 mln 
    ** M7T stock at its highest level since Sept. 12
    ** Stock up 24.5% YTD, as of last close 
($1 = 1.5704 Australian dollars)
