** Shares of Mach7 Technologies Ltd  M7T.AX  rise as much as
22.8% to A$0.7 - set for best day since Jan. 2022, if gains hold
    ** Medical imaging systems provider says it has signed sales
contract with U.S. based outpatient radiology service provider
Akumin Inc.  AKU.O  for about A$16.7 mln ($11.36 mln)
    ** Says, 10-yr contract to provide Akumin its cloud-based,
enterprise-wide imaging and informatics solution
    ** M7T hits its highest level since Sept 1, 2022
