Australia's Macro Metals set for best day in 2 weeks on lithium find in Chile

** Shares of Macro Metals Ltd  M4M.AX  jump as much as 12.5%
to A$0.005 - on track for best day since March 7, if gains hold
    ** Iron ore and steel development co says finds significant
lithium in clays from historical drilling at Salar Verde lithium
brine/clay project in Chile 
    ** Says it has exclusive option to acquire the project and
is continuing through due diligence process inclusive of
technical and legal due diligence
    ** Stock down 20% this year, as of last close
