** Fertilizers co posts Q4 profit of 208.9 mln rupees ($2.2 mln) vs loss of 524.4 mln rupees year ago

** Q4 revenue rose 26.1% Y/Y to 6.99 bln rupees

** Trading vols over 3x the 30-day average

** YTD, MDFT down ~12%
