Indian fertilizer stocks gain after govt extends urea subsidy

** Fertilizer stocks rise after the government on Wednesday
decided to continue with the urea subsidy scheme till 2020 
    ** Direct Benefit Transfer would also be implemented for
disbursement of fertilizer subsidy to reduce diversion http://bit.ly/2FE0SYM
    ** National Fertilizers Ltd  NAFT.NS  jumps 6 pct, Rashtriya
Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd  RSTC.NS  gains 5.3 pct while
Madras Fertilizers Ltd  MDFT.NS  rises 4.8 pct 
    ** Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd  FCTL.NS  rises
4.4 pct while Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd  CHMB.NS 
gains 2 pct
