** Co says board will meet on June 25 to consider issuing equity shares or convertible warrants on a preferential basis to raise funds
** Fund-raising proposal will be subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals
** Trading volume at 26.45 million shares, more than 3x 30-day average 
** YTD stock up about 25%
