** Shares in Magnora Data Center MDATA.OL rise more than 16% in their Oslo debut following a private placement that was more than ten times oversubscribed
** Shares start trading on Euronext Oslo Børs at NOK 15.1, versus an offer price of NOK 13.0, making it the first pure-play listed data centre company in Europe
** The Norwegian group, a spin-off from Magnora ASA MGN.OL, develops and operates data centres in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Italy
