March 4(Reuters) - Italian engineering group MAIRE MTCM.MI expects its 2025 core profit be in a range of 420 million to 455 million euros ($441 million to $478 million), above last year's level, driven mainly by orders already obtained, it said on Tuesday.
It also expects its core profit margin to rise to between 6.6% and 6.9% this year, up from 6.5% in 2024, thanks to the contribution of technology solutions, higher value-added services and operating leverage.
MAIRE closed 2024 with a net profit of 212.4 million euros, an all-time high result for the company, it said. Core profit came in at 386.4 million euros.
It proposed a dividend of 0.356 euro per share, up from 0.197 euro last year, bringing its payout ratio to 55%.
