Italy's Maire targets continued core profit growth in 2026

March 4 (Reuters) - Italy's Maire MTCM.MI aims for a core profit (EBITDA) of between 545 million and 575 million euros ($634 million to $669 million) in 2026, it said on Wednesday, as the engineering group outlined its business plan until 2035.

Maire also said all its staff in the Middle East were safe and that its projects were continuing as planned under existing security protocols and local directives.

The Milan-based group sees 2026 revenue in a range of 7.5-7.7 billion euros.

2025 EBITDA rose 29% to 500.1 million euros, while revenue grew 20% to 7.1 billion euros.

The company targets 2035 revenue of 13 billion euros, with an EBITDA margin of 7.3%-7.5%.

Its end-2025 order backlog stood at 12.7 billion euros

Maire proposed to pay a dividend of 0.585 euros per share from last year's earnings.
