Mallcom India rises after land sale deal

** Shares of personal protective equipment maker Mallcom (India) MLCM.NS rise 2.8% to 1,173.65 rupees

** Says KJN Housing LLP has exercised option for purchase of co's land at Kolkata for 270 mln rupees ($3.1 mln), and transaction has been completed

** MLCM down ~23% YTD
