** Shares of Mamba Exploration  M24.AX  climb as much as
12.1% to A$0.185, set for best session since Jan. 17 if gains
hold

 follow-up drilling at its Calyerup Creek project in Western
Australia has intersected shallow high-grade gold mineralisation
    ** Says drilling results "suggest that the mineralised
system is far more extensive than first anticipated"
    ** Says drilling ongoing; initial programme anticipated to
be completed next week, with results to be received early April
    ** Stock down ~17.5% YTD, as of last close
