Australia's Mamba Exploration rises on rare earth search progress in WA

** Shares of Mamba Exploration  M24.AX  rise as much as 20%
to A$0.18, their highest level since Nov. 28, 2022
    ** Mineral explorer says it has begun initial drilling
around areas with rare earth element (REE) mineralisation,
identified from historical exploration at the Hyden Project in
Western Australia (WA)
    ** Adds it has begun a gravity survey in a nearby area to
further test for rare earth mineralisation
    ** Stock records best intraday gain since Nov. 29, 2022
    ** In 2022, M24 lost 27.5%
