150% to A$0.115, posting their biggest intraday pct gain ever
    ** Battery minerals co hits highest level since Nov. 14,
2023
    ** FTL to acquire up to 80% of York Harbour project in
Canada
    ** Co to also raise A$1.57 mln ($1.05 mln) through a
placement and entitlement offer 
    ** Issue price of A$0.04/shr represents 13% discount to
stock's last close
    ** About 6.4 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 109,134 shares
    ** Stock down more than 40% YTD, as of last close
