July 7 (Reuters) - Man Sang International Ltd  0938.HK : 
 * Subscription of new shares under general mandate  0938.HK  
 * Says company and each of the subscribers entered into the subscription 
agreements 
 * Net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HK$190.4 million 
 * Company conditionally agreed to allot and issue 317.5 million subscription shares at HK$0.60 per share 
 * Intends to apply net proceeds from the subscription for funding of 
acquisition of a property located in Chongqing, the PRC 
 * Subscribers have agreed to subscribe and co has agreed to allot and issue 
317.5 million shares at the subscription price of HK$0.60
