Brief: Mangata Holding lowers its FY 2016 financial results forecast

Dec 22 (Reuters) - Mangata Holding SA  MGTP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that after analysis of Q4 results it 
sees FY 2016 revenues of 567.5 million zlotys ($134.08 million) 
versus previously forecasted 592.0 million zlotys 
    * FY 2016 EBITDA at 79.0 million zlotys versus previously 
forecasted 95.2 million zlotys 
    * FY 2016 net profit at 45.0 million zlotys versus 
previously forecasted 58.7 million zlotys 
    * Previous forecast was published on March 21  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nEM2127752 
    * On Oct. 24 the company said it sees its results, including 
FY EBITDA and net profit, down c. 10 pct compared to forecast 
published in March  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN1CU0U4 
    * Said prospect of the year 2017 and the 2017 budget assume 
the stabilization of its units', Techmadex SA, situation as well 
as sales increase and implementation of development projects in 
the automotive segment 
    * Plans to publish financial forecast for 2017 in the end of
