Oct 24 (Reuters) - Mangata Holding SA  MGTP.WA : 
    * Sees the company's FY 2016 financial results, among others 
EBITDA and net profit, lower by c. 10 percent versus previously 
forecasted results in March  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL5N16U0Y3 
    * As the reason cites a slowdown in investments and 
production concerning construction and assembling 
    * Also says that contracts undertaken by its unit, Techmadex 
SA  TDX.WA  have not brought expected results 
    * The unit also has an ongoing dispute with one of its 
contractors 
    * Other unit, Masterform Grupa Zetkama Sp. z o.o., has had 
its strategic plan modified, what has also postponed its 
production and new compontent sales
