March 19 (Reuters) - Zetkama SA  ZKA.WA : 
     
    * Said it resolved to merge with IDEA K5 Sp. z o.o.  
    * IDEA K5 is a special purpose company and its only asset is 
81.56 pct stake in Kuznia Polska SA 
    * By merging with IDEA K5, the company aims to gain a 
controlling stake in Kuznia Polska which specialises in 
producing forged shapes 
    *  IDEA K5's assets will be transferred to the company in 
exchange for Zetkama's shares
