** Mineral explorer enters into binding agreement to acquire Hook Lake gold and copper project in Canada from private entity 6106 Resources

** Transaction terms include cash payment of A$185,000  ($118,825.50)

** MHC last up 70.6%, takes YTD gains to 52.6%
