2022 Annual General Meeting

 

 

Manx Financial Group PLC announces that its 2022 Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at 11:00 a.m. on the 25(th) May 2022 at The Claremont
Hotel, 18-22 Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LX.  A Circular,
which includes the Notice of the AGM, proxy forms and the Statutory Accounts
for the year ended 31(st) December 2021, has been posted to Shareholders.

 

A copy of the AGM Circular, associated documentation and the Statutory
Accounts for the year ended 31(st) December 2021 are available for download
from the Company's website www.mfg.im.
