Change to Director Holdings

 

 

The Company has been advised that Mr Jim Mellon, Executive Chairman of the
Company has on 10 January 2022 transferred 166,666 Ordinary Shares held in
trust for him by Pershing Nominees Limited to Vidacos Nominees Limited.
There has been no change to his total beneficial interest because of this
transfer, which remains at 21,522,650 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.83% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, held as follows: 19,194,668
Ordinary Shares held by Burnbrae Limited and 2,327,982 Ordinary Shares held by
Vidacos Nominees Limited.
