EGM Arrangements
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 20 March 2020, MFG (AIM: MFX) will be hosting the EGM as planned on 9 April 2020 at 11.00 a.m. at the Claremont Hotel, Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2LX or at such venue as may be directed therefrom on the day. Following the recent Isle of Man Government restrictions placed on public gatherings, the Board will be restricting shareholders from attending the meeting in the interest of personal security. We strongly urge all shareholders to vote by proxy, submitting such votes by no later than 11.00 a.m. on 7 April 2020 to the Company's Registrar, Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) Limited, c/o The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol, BS99 6ZY.
