Manx Financial Group PLC announces that its 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. on the 23 May 2019 at The Claremont Hotel, 18-22 Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LX.  Notice of the AGM and proxy forms have been posted to Shareholders.
