Manx Financial Group PLC (the "Company")

 

Scrip Share Price

 

 

On 25(th) May 2022, the Company declared a dividend of 0.2443 pence per
Ordinary Share ("Dividend") payable on 23(rd) June 2022 to holders of Ordinary
Shares recorded on the register on 6(th) June 2022.

 

The Company has offered Shareholders the opportunity to receive the Dividend
in New Ordinary Shares instead of cash and the final election date is 13(th)
June 2022 at 5.00 p.m.

 

The New Share Price for the Dividend has been determined as 8.025 pence per
Share.  This has been calculated taking the lowest daily volume weighted
average price ("VWAP") derived from the Daily Official List of the London
Stock Exchange plc during the period of twenty dealing days prior to (and
including) the Ex-Dividend Date (capped at a 20% discount to the VWAP of the
Ordinary Shares on the Ex-Dividend Date).

 

The process for electing to participate in the Scheme is detailed in the Scrip
Dividend Circular which was posted to Shareholders on 30(th) May 2022 and is
also available on the investor page of the Company's website
