    ** Mineral explorer raises A$5.2 mln ($3.46 mln) at an issue
price of A$0.22 per share
    ** Co says issue price is set at stock's last closing price
    ** Adds funds from placement will be used for exploration
activities at Odienne and Ferke gold projects in northwest Côte
d’Ivoire
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since May 8
    ** Stock had risen more than 46% this year, as of last close
