** Shares of Chinese cloud-native spatial design software developer Manycore Tech Inc 0068.HK rise as high as HK$21.86 in Hong Kong debut, up 186.9% from the offer price

** Stock last traded at HK$17.98 by lunch break, up 136% from the offer of HK$7.62 apiece; benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI falls 1.3%

** Manycore sold 160.62 mln shares in global offering, raising HK$1.22 bln ($155.84 mln) for international expansion and to enhance product functionalities

** Hong Kong public offering portion is 1,590.56 times subscribed, international offering is 14.46 times subscribed

** Gpixel Changchun Microelectronics 3277.HK jumps as much as 113% to HK$85 on debut. Stock last up 86.8% from HK$39.88 offer price at midday

** The Chinese complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensors developer sold 65.3 mln shares in global offering, raising HK$2.6 bln for R&D, expanding production and for overseas expansion

** Gpixel's Hong Kong public offering is 1,138.21 times subscribed, international offering is 22.69 times subscribed
