Jul 8 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

     BBVA BBVA.MC

Spain's stock market regulator may approve the bid filed by BBVA on Monday on the shares of Sabadell SABE.MC by late July and the acceptance period could run through September if extended, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC

Iberdrola is set to sign on Tuesday a deal to sell a 50% stake in the East Anglia 3 wind farm, which includes a total investment of 5.20 billion euros ($6.10 billion), Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday.

Separately, Morgan Stanley raised its target price to 17 euros from 16 euros.

Mapfre has reached an exclusive insurance distribution agreement with Banco Internacional in Chile, newspaper el Economista said on Tuesday.
